Foreign companies establishing in Sweden are usually served by one of two kinds of provider. Large advisory firms are priced for transactions considerably bigger than a company formation. Online incorporation services file the forms quickly and cheaply but cannot tell you what the forms commit you to. Most foreign companies need something in between: correct filings at a predictable price, from someone who understands the consequences.
That is what this is. Every service on this site is delivered by qualified legal professionals, at published fixed fees, in English.
The people
Oscar Vidén
Founder
Oscar has practised Swedish corporate and commercial law since 2019, most recently as a senior associate in the M&A and corporate team of an international law firm. There he acted as lead counsel on complex transactions and coordinated deal teams across several jurisdictions. Before that he advised technology companies and their investors at an established Swedish firm, and handled trademark and intellectual property work at a Nordic legal services provider.
He founded this practice to work directly with the clients he had spent years advising through larger structures: international companies with something specific to do in Sweden, who need a decision rather than a memorandum.
His background is not only legal. Alongside his Swedish law degree he holds a master's in business creation and entrepreneurship within biomedicine, and he has worked on intellectual property projects in Shanghai and on corporate and contract matters in Houston. Swedish law, commercial judgment, and first-hand experience of how foreign companies actually operate here are what this service is built on.

The Ascendance group
Corporate Service Sweden is part of the Ascendance group, alongside Ascend Law, which advises international clients on Swedish corporate, commercial and employment law, and PPWR Sweden, which handles packaging compliance and EPR representation under Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
The split is deliberate. Work that is procedural and repeatable sits here, at a fixed fee. Work that needs judgment sits with Ascend Law, priced accordingly. The same people staff both, so nothing is lost when a matter moves between them.
When we refer you elsewhere
Some matters need a specialist we are not: a litigator for court proceedings, an auditor, a tax adviser, or a firm with the headcount for a large transaction. We will say so early rather than late, and introduce you where we can.
