Market entry package
Company formation, tax registration, beneficial ownership registration and registration of your process agent appointment: the complete set needed to have a trading Swedish company.

The annual process agent fee applies from year one and is not discounted. We reduce the cost of setting up, not the cost of the people doing the work afterwards.
Work charged on a time basis
Not everything can honestly be fixed in advance. Corporate housekeeping for a company with more than one shareholder is charged on a time basis, because notice periods, shareholders' agreements and minority protections make the work unpredictable in a way a single-shareholder company is not. Our rate is SEK 2,900 per hour, and we agree an estimate with you before starting.
Company law work that changes the company rather than maintaining it, including share issues, investment rounds, warrant and option programmes, shareholders' agreements, capital changes, restructurings and transactions, is handled by the lawyers at Ascend Law on a time basis. Ask us and we will arrange it.
What the fees exclude
Fees are stated excluding Swedish VAT. For business customers outside Sweden, VAT is generally accounted for by the customer under the reverse charge mechanism, which means most of our clients pay the figure shown.
Government fees are charged at cost and are not included above. Bolagsverket's registration fee for a new company and the fees for registering a process agent and beneficial ownership are set by the authority and change from time to time. We tell you the current figures when we quote.
Share capital is not a fee. The SEK 25,000 minimum for a private limited company is your company's own working capital and remains available to it from the day of registration.
Currency
All fees are stated in SEK. We can invoice in EUR, GBP or USD on request, converted at the exchange rate applicable on the date of invoice.
Before we accept an engagement
We carry out client due diligence before taking on any client, and particularly before accepting appointments where we act on your behalf towards Swedish authorities. Expect to provide identification and ownership documentation. It is not a formality and we cannot waive it.
