What to include
A useful first message answers three things: what your company does, what it intends to do in Sweden, and where its directors are resident. That is usually enough for us to tell you whether you need a subsidiary or a branch, which registrations apply, and whether a process agent is required, before you have spent anything.
If you are already in trouble
Companies often reach us after Bolagsverket has issued an injunction, typically because a director moved abroad and the process agent requirement went unmet. That is fixable, and usually quickly, but the deadlines are real. Say so in your first message and we will treat it as urgent.
